Great home. Great tour. Very informative. But for 16mil...and no movie theatre???😮 No cabana house?🤔 No auto shades for privacy and mosquito netting? Bruh, c'mon! Tell the architects - "back to the drawing board."😢 Lovely property, though.👍🏽
the first floor and that vapor fireplace just about had me except for the small living area. the second, why? wood floors and going onto the balcony's is that step down. i'm a half cripple in a wheelchair. steps, stairs and sub-levels in a home are a turn off. penthouses that i have look at, on fooltube, have that step down onto the balcony. 30 - 35 million for a penthouse with an area that i can not use. i have been thinking about moving, some friends do not want me to move, but Texas, Arizona or Florida, but i do not want to build. one lady, just today, told me to buy a second home there. no, not at that kind of money. it's a primary home.

The house lot is on a weird angle. Neighbors have a direct view of all the balconies and backyard area. Nice tour, nevertheless!!
I know! That’s one of the drawbacks of living on the water, coastal, limited space, it’s called a zero lot line!
