I just realized that this channel is practically a facts/top ten, food, and challenge channel all in one, but what makes this channel special is that these two have such strong personalities that it allows people like me to overlook the similarities to many other channels and just enjoy the entertainment. And THAT says something. Something great.
Great entertainment is always about the characters. What the characters do is really just a vehicle for who the characters are and the relationships they have with each other. It would still be good with less enjoyable people, but Rhett and Link, and even moreso - "Rhett + Link", is what makes it special. It's the same reason why Game Grumps is so popular. It's not that they do anything different than the other myriad Let's Play channels - it's who Danny and Arin are that make it special.

You guys should do an episode where you taste test different cereals from around the world, if you do, you have to try Wheetabix from Australia, they can be the best thing in the world or the worst thing in the world depending on how you eat them. I suggest after you add the milk to simply sprinkle sugar on top, but the box of the cereal (if you buy the Wheetabix brand) has suggestions on how to eat it as well.
