Constitution morality refer to srteadfast value and principles of Constitution
In case any dilemma occurs in respect to a Constitution issue we shouldn't go by literal text of Constitution rather relay on philosophy and spirit on which Constitution was written therefore provision of Constitution should not be interpreted literally but in context of philosophy by which they were written
