There are so many people give old food, cloths and separate broken cup for tea. Even the they reduce the qty milk in tea. Give people what you love to have. Good food , good plates , glasses and if not new good clothes. In my house my grandfather used see to that all workers served the same food as what he ate. He refused to eat in brothers house as the servants given different food. Olden times when we had functions we used remove good food separately for workers before serving the guests. I also follow same
