I sailed on that ship a couple of months ago. Our balcony was disgusting. It had dried blood on the floor. You could barely see though the retaining window and the rust was everywhere. Couldn't even eat in the windjammer. The food in there was literally uneatable. Even Chops was all that great. I told RC about and of course they didn't give a hit. I wasn't looking for anything but to be ignored with there usual BS was very off putting.
