Visiting The Vermont Country Store is on my bucket list! We live in MN and we farm so we never get to go on long car trips in the fall but I'm hopeful after we retire.
Cool commercial for Life Buoy - Martha looked good then and now! I believe this store carries this soap to this day. They carry cool stuff that is difficult or impossible to buy elsewhere (e.g. Tangee lipstick). Some stuff you might find for less elsewhere, but they carry a great satisfaction guaranteed policy, similar to that of L.L. Bean, so on crucial stuff, the extra cost for that guarantee is worth it. If I'm ever in this area I know I'll want to make a pilgrimage to this store ;).

I just started shopping there. Most products are USA made and it's fabulous quality 🇺🇸
The Cracker Barrel Company really takes off on this nostalgic theme too!

That’s so sweet that all three of those (very handsome!) sons stayed with the business.
The best of America!
Martha is vintage! Love her
Absolutely charming place, a lovely slice of Americana. And what a mix of traditional and unique names in this family.
I order from the catalog around Christmas and Halloween, they have Great stuff,a Little Pricey Yes, but well worth it.
I’ve been getting the catalog for years. I order about once a year ❤
Going there every time i go to Vermont
I love my home state💞🙏🏼
One of the best senator in America Bernie Sanders
I love thumbing through the catalog - then finding the stuff elsewhere for half as much. $25 for a pound of Lebanon bologna? NOT BLOODY LIKELY!
