Finally someone with a video of the rs-12 for the rmz250. How did it effect the power and delivery? Did it help stretch out over rev? Very keen to hear. Debating the full rs-12 system or fmf 4.1 slip on
It helped the bike out a ton! Got a little more power throughout the whole range and yes it did help stretch out the over rev. Doesn’t get real flat on top end of gears how it used to. Sounds great also
@@turbotv5504 certainly sounds unreal! I’ve gone a 51 tooth rear, twin air power flow air filter kit, cut the triangle snorkels off the side panels that lead into the airbox. Just need the rs-12 system now and a vortex to compliment it all
They come with a little thing you can plug into the ecu to make it 4% richer. That’s all I did and it made a small difference definitely felt a lot better all the way through the power range
Better for your motor to run it for a minute or 2 with choke on cold starts. Read your manual, they build these bikes they know what they’re talking about
Some fast rev limiter aha love it, my limiter is a lot slower with the stock exhaust

Do you have to tune your engine to the pipe?
They come with a little thing you can plug into the ecu to make it 4% richer. That’s all I did and it made a small difference definitely felt a lot better all the way through the power range
But you can run stock tune with the pipe
Why TF you leave the choke on so long? As soon as it starts, shut the choke off and let it idle... SMH
he prolly had an old bike before. I have to leave the choke on for at least a minute for my ‘07
