Changing the channel to 5.0 ghz did it for me. I have been trying for a month, even missed a shoot in mexico because of this module mismatch issue, I was in Puerto Vallarta and could not fly the darn thing. Thank you again.
Only manual update worked for me now on DJI 2 PRO. Had to do 3 updates for the DJI ASSISTANT FOR MAVIC app on my PC and than one for the drone, but when I connected the remote control nothing happens, so I suppose I dont have to update the control also? I also calibrated the sensors and now finilly it looks like everything is normal. Also looks like that with a new update 5 ghz chanel stays on 5 when closing and opening the app again so that great! Thank you!
Hey I made an update of the firmwares ... It went well. I then have to charge the rc because it was deplated. I came now the RC won't turn on By any chances do you have a clue of what might going on here please?
I just confused so i need internet at my house to update on my phone to my remote to my drone but it says i needs to be connected to drone to download it needs the wifi for that they never said i need wifi at home for it to work.. because what if u way from home what now i need drive home just update the freaking drone... i ready try the update on my pc at my step dads it made it to 6% then failed
Hi, thanks for this, I did have problems updating the M2P I got for Christmas and had all sorts of weird problems with the bearing meter in the bottom left of the Crystalsky screen, the H symbol was swinging erratically around. I did find a couple of inconsistencies in the firmware and it seems to have largely settled down. Still some movement so I’ll recheck using these suggestions. Hope you’re feeling better. Take care and catch you later. Peter
Hi Saeed, I did ask around and the overwhelming response was to see if I had a firmware inconsistency. After several attempts to update via Assistant I found a couple of the batteries needed updating. I did that and found the N symbol (not H as I originally stated) became more settled in one position. It’s a lot better than before but by no means as steady as when I was using my old Mavic “1”. Hope that helps if you’re having the same issue. If you are and find a better remedy please let me know. Take care and catch you later. Peter
Very helpful Iget those error message here in USA all the time, I didn't know what was wrong or what direction to go so will try your suggestion next time. Last time I tried to update with the CRYSTAL SKY and never could get to update, I resorted to my iPhone and it worked great, then was able to use the CRYSTAL SKY. The android never works as well as the OSI from Apple in my experience. Have you found that to be true. Also you should check out the new Polar Pro "FLIGHT DECK MONITOR MOUNT FOR CRYSTAL SKY" available here in USA. IT'S A FANTASTIC PRODUCT.
Hi thanks for the message. CS is good but I get what your saying with IOS , it is just so stable with Go tbh. I have seen the Flight Deck and I would love to take a look at it tbh.
U choose to talk about the issue that is common sence to fix bro. 👎 for that. Now do one about when the android ur using to upgrade the firmware turns off before completing the update and from that point on it always fails and says update folder empty
As you know...DJI is IOS centric. They could care less about Android users and those devices are LAST in line for feature, functions and updates. I've NEVER been able to update any of my DJI drones using the Crystalsky monitor.
Isn't all this Shite prehistoric that you cant switch on and go, always wanted a drone ,got mavic 2 for present ,given up on it days at it still can't get camera on device
Solution fix: down swipe and go to settings - for some reason, the Wifi is disconnected (although shows on) - click on your Wifi and enter password again, then go back to activation and it should now work perfectly! Looks like a bug!
Thank you! I managed with Mavic Air Remote Fw Upgrade to xxx.200. Android close to Wifi-station with USB-C and long 2-3 m USBC--USB cable to DJI Remote bottom USB connector. I cleared the fw cache. I tried 10 hours before. DJI server was slow, too. perhaps many retrying and downloading. Drone was off. Remote or drone interfere with wifi etc. Side USB=USB-micro must be free. Bottom USB is better for phone normally too because I have too big waterproof 6,2" Ulefone phone for the short cable AND remote can be charged during usege from side micro-USB. I use 12V 18Ah battery + 230Vac 150W inverter to charge all on the field and on the fly.
@@MadRC when firmware upgrading goes wrong with the go 4 app it really goes wrong . The first time I did a firmware update via go 4 and that went o.k , but oh boy the last time I tried a firmware upgrade via go 4 I was stuck in a loop with it wanting to update even after upgrading with the usb direct method.
Thanks so much it finally worked on my Mavic Pro! 1. I cleared cache 2. I switched on 4G as I was not allowed to forced my phone using the 5ghz frequence. I think my PC is automaticaly connected to the 5GHZ frequence and my phone on the 2,4 one no matter. 3. I plugged in my phone cable not the DJI one 4. I put as many distance as I could between my drone and my phone 5. I let my drone turned on during the process Hope everyone will find out the solution to solve this issue

My DJI Mavic 2 Pro shows an ESC error notification, the ESC board has been replaced, it still appears, is it a problem with the software?

Helped a ton! Thank you so much!
RC updated. Drone did not. I don't have the right drone cable. Can I update the firmware on the aircraft without the cable?
Yea you can update via Go4 now. Just turn it all on with an internet connection on your device and it should prompt you.
Moving closer to the router did the trick. Thank you!
I’ve done all the this what you said both options as well still i have issues on downloading the updates
Looking forward for your reply
Thank you
I would delete the DJI Go 4 App, reboot the phone then download again and see how it is.

@@peterhughes2091 thank you ... i am still wrestellllling with updating and it is really sucking..
Best of luck my friend. It will be worth it, I used a combination of Go4 and assistant. We’re not the only ones who have experienced problems.
@@peterhughes2091 So what to do then???????

DJI is leaving its competitors in the dust in my opinion. Check out some of my DJI Drone videos, I will greatly appreciate that.
Will do and have Subscribed :)
3 years later and this is still an issue. Youd think the geniuses at dji could fix this. Maybe they are ex microsoft employees.

To be fair I have never had an issue with Go 4 but I do try to avoid the usual pitfalls.
