Great job on the coach house. My coach house started out as a 15' metal car shed. My father then added 25 feet to it and made it taller for his RV. The shed was then moved to my house and 5 feet was added with concrete poured with a garage door added. When we purchased our coach in 19 I added 20 feet to it. It's 65x20. Not as nice as yours but gets the job cone. Appreciate your videos.
Thanks for sharing!! Great story!! It’s an ongoing process!💕Zack & Linda
Man, I continue to save a TON if money by simply watching you two and day dreaming about owning a coach!
Dan we sure appreciate you!! It’s always great hearing from you!💕Zack & Linda
This is so epic, watching you drive into the coach house!Do you plane to install a dump station?
Thank you! No we don’t plan on adding a dump station for now. Thanks for coming along our journey!!💕Zack & Linda
When you said coach house I was thinking casita (small home). I call what you have Coach Garage. LOL
We own our own RV lot in Punta Gorda Florida we snowbird there and we built a coach house aka a tiny home. So now you know why I was confused. I do have one question. What is the width of your Coach with slides in ? Also do you have to winterize your Coach in North TX? 27 degrees would scare me.
So good hearing from you!! Our coach with the slides in is 8’6”. With the insulated Coach House & Heaters we have not had to winterize the coach. Thanks for watching and coming along our journey!!💕Zack & Linda
That was an amazing build guys!! I too am building my Prevost house...Perhaps i ahould probably document it as well...Its a short walking distance from the lake😊😊😊
So good hearing from you. That’s exciting you are building a Prevost Coach House!! Yes video it!! That will be a great memory for you!!💕Zack & Linda
Nice place to start a Marathon trip from! Spray insulating the inside with foam was a good idea, it will help all year round. Too bad you didn’t put a sewer dump station in there, we put one in our coach house and it makes the travel home so much simpler.
Curtis thanks for reaching out!! Jealous of that sewer dump! You’re the man!💕Zack & Linda
Really enjoyed the video. We have a 60 foot metal building with 50 amp. Next to building we have a guest concrete slab with 50 amp and sewer. Our building is not insulated. Yours looks great. Thanks for sharing
So good hearing from you!! Nice set up at your place!! We’ll be over soon to plug in and dump!!😂😂😂We appreciate you!💕Zack & Linda
I have been checking your channel since we built this waiting for this video
It took us a while to get it all done!! Thanks for your patience!! We appreciate you!💕Zack & Linda
Compared to RV Condo's in Nevada your total cost was a good value for sure!
Great job, thanks for sharing !! 😊🇨🇦
Stephen it’s great hearing from you! Thanks! We appreciate you!💕Zack & Linda
Not bad at all. If that's a Mueller building, you got a heck of a good deal. Not a bad investment at all to protect a million dollar asset!!
Thanks Adam and always good hearing from you!! We do love the Coach House!! Thanks for coming along our journey!!💕Zack & Linda
Looks great. But are you going to be able to back up onto the road?
Good hearing from you! Yes Zack has always backed reverse down our road. Thanks for reaching out! We appreciate you!💕Zack & Linda
That is called monolithic slab, just sayin. You might want to seal the concrete floor with some good concrete sealer.
Patriot good hearing from you!! It is big!! Thanks for reaching out and coming along our journey!💕Zack & Linda
Very nice. I have built three Morton Building in the past and none of them big enough. I now have my final motor coach garage attached to our home and it is not as wide as I would like but property size limited my width to 19 ft. I was able to build it 84 ft long so we can hook up in the garage so weather is never an issue. We do love having the coach entry door 5 ft from our living room door for loading. We built this home seven years ago and my wife finally talked me into putting AC in the garage. I installed a mini split system and it is fantastic. Give that some thought. Nice job and that bus will love it. We live in Mount Olive Shores North in Polk City Florida. Stop in sometime and check this motor home community out.
So good hearing from you! Sounds like you have an awesome Coach House with all the great amenities!! Love hearing your story! That would be fun to see it in person! 💕Zack & Linda
Wow! That is a really nice place to park. If it's not one thing, it's another! That seems like so much money! But, it turned out really nice! You can put your slides out too, which is great. - Michelle
Michelle so great hearing from you!! We are so happy with the Coach House!! Thanks for reaching out and coming along our journey with us!!💕Zack & Linda
Hey Zach and Linda, I really like your bus barn, we've been wanting for a while. When you come out, do you have to back down the road or do you have an area to turn around.
So good hearing from you guys!💕Zack backs out straight down the road. No problem!! Thanks for watching and we always enjoy watching what you’re up to!💕Zack & Linda
Nice work but you need to turn camera around more often so we can see because you are in the view of the work… Congrats on you new build🙏🏽
Good job. Definitely the wrong economy to be doing anything in presently. Parked up at Anchor Down in TN now with the H. This could be the life. You definitely need this for being in the DFW area with the hail.
Mike good hearing from you!! We love TN!! Thanks for sharing with us and coming along our journey!!💕Zack & Linda
Love your videos. However, you rarely show you two enjoying your coach. In all of your videos I don’t think that you have ever sat outside under the Coach awning sipping a drink and simply enjoying
Thanks for reaching out and sharing your thoughts. We will keep your suggestions in mind while editing our videos!! We appreciate you!💕Zack & Linda
We added a 3 ton mini-split to ours for ac and heat !!! Our building is 30 × 50, does a great job.
Dan good hearing from you and great tip!! Thanks for sharing!💕Zack & Linda
