I have your battery system installed. I thought it would give power to the house in a grid power cut, but no, it cuts all power t😢the house. We had to light candles?
Hey Stuart, I think you mean that you've got a Fox ESS system installed, but that it wasn't installed Kimble Solar, is that correct? I would say your best plan would be to contact your installer about this issue - they should have advised you pre-sale that it would not power your home in case of a power cut. Sorry to hear you're having issues!
I needed to know something about my installation but the user phone line tells you to go to the website, the website just state you must ask your installer, go around in circles with no answer. The system is very good and I like it but I needed to know how to put another facing array but nobody can tell me how.
@@Kimblesolar I did ask him but he did not know if any other system could interact with the Fox, we have the two strings used and wanted to know if a separate facing set could be added which required another string or feed into the mains side with micro inverters. Another string would be needed but the system in filled now.
Marketing 100% rest is very very low Budget. Lots of problems and help is very hard to get. One day one the phone no one answers. The App is very bad. I dont recommend. Service 0/5 Stars. Only buy if u have time for troubleshooting.
That's such a shame, John! Sorry to hear you're having difficulties. Have you tried contacting your installer about this? We always help our customers resolve issues like this where possible.
@@Kimblesolar Iam the installer. Foxess has great potential, i really like the battery and the inverter. But the app is very bad, the dongle is crap and service is really really bad. They really have a chance but they Need to try harder.
I like the look , will update my comment after the system is installed
Let us know how you got on!

Hi there! Did you try asking your installer as opposed to Fox?

30kw inverter spec sheet: "There are three battery series you can choose from,
which enables a storage capacity of up to 83.88 kWh."
Puts Giv Energy to shame
Fox are certainly one of our favourite brands to work with!
