But in the sleen palpation by hooking method the video is inverted ( upside down ) , it appeared as if the patient is in left the lateral position and the examiner is standing on the right side of the patient

Method of percussion is not appropriate। The plexor middle finger is flexed perpendicular and has to give two stroke at a time on the pleximeter finger by moving/flexing the wrist joint . Purcussion is not done over the precordium as previously accumulated thrombus of blood in the cusps of valves may get expose or free in blood and cause serious manifestations। Thank you sir। Very beneficial content.
