very nice.. say me how to set rows and columns in excel sheet for attendance register (excel sheet width and height r same as attendance register row and column height and width) for print to paste at attendance register.

select all the rows by pressing CTRL+space and then adjust row width after that same thing do with the column adjust them in to appropriate hight.
now you should adjust other rest row and column which is out of this.

dost sabke liye same format hai apko dhyan rakhna hai apke letter head pr kitni jgah par data print hai. uske accoding utni jagah rakh kar baki mei print dijiye.
aur ek page mei karna chahte hai to wahi jo maine iss video mei bataya hai, page ki percentage ko kam jyada ker lijiye. simple.
