The weapon machanics look way different though.
In this game you can just hold down the trigger and spray-n-pray until the other guy drops.
The OG BF3 had spread increase per shot which meant that you had to fire in controlled bursts or single shots to hit people beyond close range. But I guess EA and DICE think we're all too stupid for that or something.
They seem to think that they can market to a wider audience or something. Whatever that means. All they’re doing is pissing off the fan bases of every franchise they have. EA and every single studio under them produces nothing but virtual cancer these days and has done for going on 8 years now.

Full auto up close worked reasonably well. And with short, controlled bursts you could be accurate even at very long ranges.
But you certainly couldn't aim a high rof AR at a dude 30 meters away and just hold down the trigger until he drops.

@@asb7697 No, I'm not, and you're incredibly naive and ignorant about the developers in general lmao; DICE literally lost over 75% of the *old* BF devs around the time they started making BFV, and the overwhelming majority of the team at DICE has seriously never worked on a BF game before (ever)-and even worse most of them don't give a rats cunt hair about the franchise or original player base. There was literally no potential with this pile of garbage, and recycling decade old content into a new game engine-making it mediocre as can be-sure as shit wouldn't/isn't making the situation any better, in fact Portal is actually like a slap in the fucking face to BF vets if you *really* think about it..

You know what's really sad? Portal has LEGIT humvees, to have a humvee in a game is a SHIT TONNE of money, EA/DICE spent a SHIT TONNE of money to have actual humvees in their game. And the game turned out to be a fucking disaster, no wonder they won't accepting refunds, they would of never made their money back from humvee XD

When the game launched, there were barely any good servers on my region, nobody really care that much. Now it's dead lmao (on my region), but people keep playing all out warfare
So DICE and Ripple effect should focus on improving both experiences.
I feel a grittier darker but keep all the insane stuff that makes battlefield what it is maybe add in lean features and more destruction. Weapon customization needs a serious overhaul bf4 I honestly felt had the best system but those days are gone

Can even look up the player count from release to now, never once died. Battlefield 2042 is done bud, take examples for Mass Effect and Anthem, which are owned by EA. Literally defending a game that has a couple thousand people playing, that’s shit.
The thing I don't like is how the UI doesn't correspond to the era, like COD Black Ops where the HUD is different from when it was Mason's and David's mission.

game is still bad, but it can become good if they patch it with more fixes and ontent. for me the lack of content was the worst. to few weapons. bf4 has almost 200 weapons. 2042 has like 20 or something wtf. also bad maps, they to big and still alot of buggs. fix that and im back

В последнем как раз в одиночной компании это смотрится нормально - аркадная условность для разбавления веселья с балванчиками. Но когда ты против другого игрока, и на ходу переключаешь коллиматор на x3 прицел - это тупо.
