Is this that same “no proper structure”nail tech??? No apex? Durable, safe, correct build? … don’t know her. Just those same clubby, flat, acrylic rectangles. A quick glue/chop the full cover tip & slap on acrylic.
If you knew anything about nails and werent just trolling on the internet. Theres a ton of styles. Just like people change the shape of their nails some people change the structure as well. I personally do not like curved nails. Theyre ugly. I like that flatter look. Ive been to several nail techs that have asked what look im going for. Straight or curved.

The square shape is so icky to me! That shape gives “Its 2005 and I just got French tip acrylics!” vibes, masculine vibes and also def an unfinished look. Almond or coffin or…anything other than square, looks SO much more refined and modern.
