what? once audio or video is stuffed into a low bitrate youtube video you can't just create the rest of the quality out of thin air. think of the filetype like a container; the shape or size of the container doesn't change what's in it. mpeg compression is non reversible, so all you did when you converted youtube's mp4 to wav was move the compreseed 192 or 128kbps audio (i can't remember which one youtube uses) into a much larger filesize
