I always find some Peggy in her new character. I'm not saying she's not good, or can't get out of Peggy's shadow. I'm saying, this character in her own way is a heroin. The way she's fighting the power, either her mother or the man who blackmailed her into this job, is very much like Peggy fighting 1950s' male dominant world. And she is also as smart as Peggy, and as tough as Peggy.

Wow, now that you've mention it, it may actually be it. See, this is the beauty of the interviews with Hayley Atwell; she uses such an advanced vocabulary, intelligent references and complicated metaphors that I, not being a native of English, have to check something in a dictionary every other sentence to get what she wants to express. Love it :-)
