I've met foreigners who have been worried about not being able to use the internet banking before getting their personal identity card, but this hasn't been the case in any of the banks in Finland that I know of. So to transfer funds to your home country or to receive as well as to pay your bills online will be possible before you receive the Police issued personal identity card.

Moreover you are also allowed to work for 15 days from India as well. Also we are very flexible in Finland but it depends on you how much you can spend on tickets. There are some short public holidays during Christmas and new year as well
