The Bajaj Pulsar N250 is powered by 249.07cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 24.1 bhp and a torque of 21.5 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Bajaj Pulsar N250 comes up with anti-locking braking system. This Pulsar N250 bike weighs 162 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 14 liters.
The 250cc, oil-cooled motor of the new Pulsar is the largest engine we have ever seen in this family, It pumps out 24.1bhp of power and 21.5Nm of torque. It comes mated to a five speed gearbox. It rides on 17-inch alloy wheels shod with 100/80 and 130/70 section tyres at the front and rear, respectively. Handling damping duties is are 37mm telescopic forks and a monoshock while the braking setup comprises a single disc at both ends. The fuel tank capacity is quite impressive at 14-litre.
The Hornet 2.0 gets a single-channel ABS, and we’d have appreciated it if Honda had equipped the bike with a no-compromise dual-channel unit, though.The Hornet 2.0 is powered by an updated BS6.2 / OBD2-compliant air-cooled, fuel-injected, 184cc engine producing 17.27PS at 8500rpm and 15.9Nm at 6000rpm. The Hornet 2.0's motor is paired to a five-speed gearbox and now gets assist and slipper clutch.
The Hornet 2.0 Brakes include a 276mm front and 220mm rear petal disc, with single-channel ABS as standard. The 17-inch alloy wheels roll on 110-section front and 140-section rear tubeless tyres.

You mentioned a lot of things about brakes and power but the most important thing was the weight advantage and handling. Hornet feels very light, very easy to change lanes, you can place the bike exactly where you want quickly in tight traffic conditions and can take quick and tight U turns which is very very useful as well as when parking in and out of tight parking spots. Yes after 90 the hornet will lose steam and the Pulsar will feel more powerful but overall the Pulsar needs more open roads and less traffic to be peaceful but the hornet will feel at home in heavy traffic conditions. Much more nimble and agile handling. Also in high speed tight corners, the hornet will feel much more confident. After 1 hour of riding you'll feel less tired on the hornet. In more open roads the Pulsar will have its advantage but both will struggle a bit by 100kmph. Pulsar offers more for the money on paper and more power on the road but the hornet is the better bike for the city and winding roads, much better handler and can make you smile. Don't push it beyond 90 to 100 in highways. Pulsar is good for more straight roads and intercity rides. With a pillion the Pulsar will obviously feel more powerful because of the extra cc in the engine. The Pulsar will feel like you're riding the bike, hornet will make you feel one with the bike, more connected, like a KTM.

@@toxicredeye2697 ns200 if more highways and less city unless your city has less traffic and nice long roads. Hornet if your majority is in tight city traffic with occasional highways. Hornet has better low end and midrange but lower top-end. Ns200 has better top end and not so bad midrange, low-end below 5000rpm is a bit mellow.
