You did the video! Thank you! This Christmas I premiered my version of Ambitious card, and it went otherwise well but I got caught during DPS. Basically the corner of the card flashed under my palm. My palm was oriented in a 45 degree angle.
@7:07 I use a similar technique to get the card in a gamblers cop by stretching the middle finger down till the card clears the deck. ( I prefer the gamblers cop over the classic palm )
The tip about rotating the deck and keeping the card still is great misdirection. Sean, could you please rearrange your vanishing books so they’re in the correct order, very distracting for my OCD 😬
Haha. Yeah. We only get bridge size here. And recently I ordered a poker size and its giving me a little trouble. Also you mostly using plastic or paper decks? Because when you bend the cards a little they seem to get back into shape real quick.
I wonder what the consensus would be among magicans on card sleights... like what are the "Meta" moves..😂.. for example Ed Marlo convincing control can easily be A tier.. or even S.. Double Undercut would be D tier... talking about sleights like their video game characters would be hilarious.
A long time ago, it came in a set of some special Madison decks. Not on the market anymore, but can still find some on eBay! The set was called Madison Select. But you can also find the green rounders by themselves on eBay.
Thanks for the really helpful tips. I’ve never considered learning the DPS until watching this video.

Why would you do a dps in an acr?

"...with no funny moves.."🙂
Are you using bridge size or poker size decks in most of your videos?
I’ve never once held a bridge size deck lol.

The move has too many angle issues for my typical performing environment. It is a beautiful feat of engineering though.

That would be a good video idea! Ranking card moves in tiers lol
Tip #1: don’t do it.
Tip #2-5: see Tip #1.
Lol not a fan of the DPS I take it?
@ lol correct. Not to downplay your content, I love your channel. To each their own. I’ve never been a fan :)
Where did you get green rounders? Are they still available?

@SeanDevine thanks for the tip man. I love those cards. My magic name is Mahan (my middle name) so I love the single M on the back design.
