I couldn't help but remember when I had all 3 of my children when you were talking about your own children. All mine are grown up now, I have 2 boys and a girl. Sadly I lost my daughter who was my middle child. I lost her at the age of 29 in 2015 life for me has and never will be the same without her. I make it a point to tell my children and grandchildren how much I love them every day. Thank you and Carrie for everything you two do to help others understand how to buy things to make a profit. Plus I love watching your videos.
I’m from Italy and I believe the wood carved children are ANRI Figures hand carved in Northern Italy and are usually valued into the hundreds of dollars each!!
I’m going to be honest with you. When I first found your videos, I wasn’t to crazy about them, but I would keep watching video after video. Well, you got me hooked. I find your videos and your live auctions my favorite now. Your down to earth personality and your knowledge got me hooked. Keep being you and I will be sure to keep watching!
@@TheNICHELady You deserve it because we appreciate all you do for us basically for free. I would of started my eBay store again without you! So take as much complements as possible. ❤❤❤
Your so lucky to have Noah to do the cooking that's awesome!!! I think it's fun that you and Kari slipt up and go find your own things and touch base!! Very nice!
I love the catacomb mug! When my brother was small, my grandmother and I were taking about au gratin potatoes and my brother asked why we were making old rotten potatoes. Ever since, that has been their name. 😂😂😂
LOL...reminds me of when I was little and we would go to Wisconsin for vacation, I always thought everyone was saying Missconsin. So one day on the way up I asked how far it was to go to Mrconsin? The car went up for grabs much to my dismay.
That angel cross stitch was a find. Marylin Leavitt Emblum. Worth a lot, I made one of those myself in the mid 90's. Difficult, detailed and stunning. And the framing on this made it that much more valuable. Very nicely crafted. Sorry you passed on that
Omg....I was holding my breath over those leaf sculptures, hoping you would decide to get them. Something in me felt they were a good find. I’m no expert here, it was just a gut feeling I had. Hooray, you did! Great haul, Danni ☺️
I don't know who gets more excited you or me, for you when you find something cool. I have learned so much from you, Joslin, Tiffany and several others. Lol I live vicariously through the UA-camrs I follow. And there are several. I LOVE to learn. And I've never been disappointed by all the knowledge you have given me.
I buy single mugs that are oversized for my coffee. I tend to drop and break them so I pick up at thrift stores. I love ones that are funny or unusual.
The angel cross stitch picture was gorgeous. It's either a mirabella or lavender and lace pattern. It took the individual a long time to stitch that one. They are beautiful
I am a new Great gran- Nana. 1st. His name is Ryder. 4 months. He is so sweet. Your little Joanie is a doll baby. God keeps showering us with blessings. 👶
I can’t wait to see what you find out about the wood figures. I have one that doesn’t have Anri on it but says Romy. I haven’t found specific info on it. Good luck!
If you go to your local newspaper and ask if they would give or sell you the end roll. Its always white and a lot safer for birds. I used to raise cocktails and felt better when I would see them chewing on the paper. Just a idea for you😊😊 Really enjoy your videos very interesting and informative thank you Rusty in OK
Those rolls are also great for teachers to use, when I taught preschool we did "Shadow" drawings of the kids on the long pieces - tracing them out and letting them draw in the details. Lots of other crafts like making wrapping paper and stuff with those end rolls.
Those plastic mugs with the woven inserts took me back to my childhood!! I would have totally picked those up also!! 😊 I also agree with you on plush! So easy to store, sell, and ship!
I’m glad you picked up those picture frames. I have not been sure about buying them for resale then forget to ever do research on it! Those you found are gorgeous
RE: picking up marked down gift wrap for other paper needs. We've done that, too. My husband has done auto painting, and I got Christmas paper when they were basically paying ME to take it after the holidays, and he used it for masking, or protecting his shop floor, etc. I hear that!
I love your humor, I like people who make me laugh. I like your recap at the end of the video, not only is it educational, but I guess how much it's worth before you reveal the value.
You know that if I’ve said it once, I’ll say it again, I like it better when you shop alone. Today, however, was different somehow! So fun! And then, there was Joanie. What a cutie! Thanks.
I'm so glad found I found your channel. I have not been able to thrift shop because of anemia, so I really enjoy watching you find all the neat stuff! Thank you for your channel.
Oh wonderful I like hearing about the Facebook group buying and selling. Thank you Danni & karri 🤗 Karrie I never know if I am spelling your name right.
Loved your haul! Loved the cottages and lighthouses especially the bookends. I saw an Ashton Drake doll ...I think it is Matthew. Blast from my past! My daughter in love and son are now part time resellers. They have learned alot from you and Tiffany from Thifting Vegas
Dani, the pieces at 12;10 that you asked "is this a lid?" - they are the end pieces/brackets for a towel holder. Thanks for another fun and informative video.
Oh, lol that's what it was I though it was a thing you would clip a rubber stamp on to stamp a legal corporate stamp. Your idea makes more sense LOL Great Eye!
I was thinking that I would have been tempted to get the angel cross stitch....so I looked it up. The same one sold, without the frame for $125!! I didn't think anyone would want without the frame and who'd want to ship all of that glass! Now we know!
That piece of redware pottery that is so vibrantly painted I think might be from Turkey. I could be wrong. But it reminds me of a bowl that I bought for a friend. And that bowl was from Turkey.
It is fun to put a votive candle inside the glass shades on a table--especially the old etched glass ones with a colored glass votive. The wooden shoes I find at our Maine GWs always sell! That blue and white tray was gorgeous. Bloggers are always using blue and white and all kinds of cloches in their tablescapes! Loved that platter; I have hot glued (comes off when wanted!) Dollar Tree galvanized words (thankful) to my oval platter with forget me nots; it is gorgeous! I make gift bags like the ones you found with mainly Christmas material and ribbon (75% off after Christmas or thrifted). We used to consider it a "good" Christmas if we filled the woodstove 4x with discarded paper and wrappings! Do you hear ANYTHING green in THAT statement??? Now I use my beloved collection of tins and cloth gift bags and we might fill the stove 1x! I make them for our church bazaar, too. I sew short straight lines the best!! Also use stained tablecloths and even shower curtains using the hemmed/selvaged edges to cut down on the sewing! I use some wired ribbons and the bows are luscious. Swat with the iron or careful packing...use them again next year....and next year. One friend and I sent the same bag back and forth for 3 years!
Good morning Dani! I saw the peek at Noah's room last night and really enjoyed it! He's done a great job! The box on dresser looked like a treasure chest! In keeping with pirates of Carrigan so the ships were a great addition. Lastly I love all the natural elements with cactus and greenery a botanical vibe! Well thought out! Can't wait till next multiple yard sales with Mom! Love you two shopping together!
Your friend got the gift bags with the tiki motifs, those should go for really good money. there are several fb groups just for tiki stuff. Was the price for the Abalone trivet even with the damage? I have sold several with the black backgrounds for between 10 and 15. I wish I could get what you have yours valued at. Great haul ladies.
The chicken wire cloche could come in handy. I had a Cat that would bite the bananas in the fruit basket.I bet that would have detered her. Thanks for takin us along.
Great fun shopping with you and karo of course !! All good stuff !! Yes a favorite of the leaves !! Good profit there !! The one and the other video were awesome Was a bit hard to wait !! Good call on chicken wire dome too. Mebel trays are worth about $25. Really nice finds today - ty for sharing!
The first piece I ever cross stitched was a bib for my future sibling. We were hoping for a brother, so I chose variegated blues for the design. I was 5. My grandmother finished the edging for me. Nice haul girls! ☺️💐🇬🇧 Kari your granddaughter is adorable! 🥰
Thank you! I get to see her in April!

No. Mine has better matting, I think.
hard to understand why she picks some things and leaves others

The orange and blue plate is made in Morocco and the words in French (fabrique) means made and the other word in Arabic means Morocco.
