- Here's a video of a Tribal Meat Market, where all the villagers gather with their Hunted animals, & to sell them.
Early in very morning, they leave their houses in search for fishes, Birds & any animal that can be trapped or hunted down. The animals who are being sold, generally involves the species who are already in struggle to be alive.
There was a time when there were less people, these areas used to have thriving numbers of these, including Fresh Water Otters.

Their are so many ways to earn money and these tribal choose this, and people have many other farm animals to eat still they choose to eat the bird who came flying thousands of km as migration...
Saw how they even tie these innocent birds the bird leg was broken...and don't know how much they have to suffer 🥺

sad to see all the beautiful wild animals suffering alive being manhandled, frightening for them so sad. Also saw how hard the people at the market worked shelling the snails to make a living. Very sad situation hopes a solution is found so that the suffering and practice is able to stop -- heartbreaking seeing so many migrating birds in that situation, thank you for sharing and helping that big footed bird. At 10:53 that bird looked similar at a Snipe or a Woodcock we have in American that I bring to a Bird rehabilitation when I find them injured when fly into buildings, the bird rehabilitation ( The Raptor Trust in New Jersey USA) their doctors that help them get back to health. Thank you so much for caring for the wild animals you are able to help to get them back to health and release them back to wild.

I am proud of you Akash bhaiya. But I want to tell a bitter fact, even if you enlighten them about wildlife then also nothing will change. I am from Jharkhand aswell. They will not remember your single word and will still buy those poor animals from local hunters and sell them openly. It is illegal according to Wildlife Protection Act. 1972. You must take help from Jharkhand Police or Forest Department and get them arrested. I guarantee they would never ever do that thing again.

@@rachna8354 No, animal husbandry and animal cruelty are totally different things
Humans have been hunting since our very beginnings, some fishes like Salmon HAVE to be hunted so that they don't threaten each other's populations via over competing
Cows, sheeps, rams and many different kind of bovines will literally go extinct if we humans don't herd them, their horns and wool have to be sheared manually, these animals can't survive in the wild
Also there are multiple ways of killing an animal ethically, which is what we do when we kill to eat, animals like Iberico pig and Wagyu cows live life of great luxury and freedom, drinking sake and eating nuts (which is actually part of the reason why their meat is top tier, they die with almost no stress)

Hum south gujrat ke aadivasi hai. Yaha humari cast ke jyadatar logo ne 70s 80s tak meat khana chhod diya. Sab jyaadatar ab vegetarians hai. Bas kuch log jo Christianity follow karte hai wo khaate hai or hunt karte hai
