One of my frnd caught malpractice in exam in 6th and cleared in 7th sem, his marksheets are not affected it's normal like everyone. in security details does he should click yes on malpractice or it doesn't matter, during BGC they go to college right , the clg will say these things? It will not be an issue right ?

If they are making you sign a bond , they need to provide some training to you for some pre decided cost. This cost will have to be born by you incase you resign before bond expiry. If they are making you sign a bond and have not provided any training , the bond is not legally enforceable in India. You can run anywhere you want without any legal trouble what so ever.
