His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama is the living soul of Tibet and of course, becomes the only international figure who strives really hard for the promotion of religious harmony, peace and happiness towards the humanity and advancing the cause of Tibet in getting the genuine autonomy under China based upon his middle way policy approach.
His greatest gift for the Tibetans to help sustain Tibet to become a democracy in it’s governance under which he simply wants to focus on leading the religious matters. Of course he will be among us despite giving up his political leadership.
Just for the sake of debate, I wonder how come the name of Tibetan government in-exile has been replaced by CTA even though the Tibet remain existed prior to the evolution of institution of Dalai Lama for over four hundred years. Of course, HH the 14th Dalai Lama mentioned about the dissolution of Ganden Phodang Choklai Namgyal upon giving up his political leadership in Nov 2016. This issue seems to be involved in a highly debatable controversy in a sense that Tibet existed over two thousands years ago but the formation of united three Cholkas government so called Gaden Phodang Choklai Namgyal was founded by Gyalwang Nawang Lobsang Tenzin Gyatso after establishment of first Dalai Lama institution by Gyalwang Gendun Drupa. To me, whatever the case might be, the importance of maintaining Tibet as a separate nation is importance which the CTA doesn’t really serves the purpose of extending or representing it as the legitimate government particularly for six million Tibetans still languishing under the Communist Chinese brutal and uncivilized regime!
