Gen_Zs, please differentiate the legal limitations Ruto has so you can make realistic demands. He can't add or increase or abolish constitutional offices like number of governors, women reps, MPs etc. Also be careful demanding mama mboga or bodabodas be in the cabinet, they'd be the worst. The constitution has certain requirements.
