Many of these are some damn good cosplays. Though one thing that allways gets me are the bouncy robotic movement acting paired with slightly off lip syncing is funny, not gonna to lie. 😅

The one thing that doesn’t work about helluva boss cosplays is the face design. No I’m not saying they don’t do it right but I’m referring to how the actual faces look in the show and how it wouldn’t be compatible unless you were gonna do a full on face make up prosthetic for it. When I talk about this, I’m mainly focusing on artists rather than cosplayers. I’ve seen people draw the characters or design them with human looking faces and my real point here is that people forget that although they are humanoid, they do not have humanoid faces or anything! It’s not just the art style, that’s how their faces are actually structured. I mean, we’ve seen Vivziepop draw humans before but their facial designs don’t look anything like the main characters so why are people so blind to this? Of course, this isn’t the cosplayer’s fault, I just wanted to mention this for the artists that are doing that kind of stuff. Anyways these displays are great
I mean tbh I see what your saying but cartoons are way different than human structures and also making prosthetics can take a long time and it may not result in looking good at all, so to make the cosplay not look very bad, they work with what they have and they normally don’t make prosthetics at all for cosplays, not to mention I’m not sure how prosthetics on your face would go.
