I wish this inspirational man can go into the schools and speak to the youths who are "speeding", and thinking because they are "gifted" they don't need to be disciplined, respectful and obedient to those in authority. I work in a school and I tell the children that all the time; once you are undisciplined, unmannerly, arrogant and unteachable, no matter how talented and intelligent you are, people will not want to work with you and will dismiss you. People would rather work with mediocre talent that they believe they can mold and shape without opposition and drama. Kudos to you Multi Symptom for doing your soul-searching and acting on the issues you found. All the best with your family and blossoming career.
