If I make it on a Wednesday , how do I keep it green until the following Wednesday? Or if I decide on a mature lei look, will it be partially green in that timespan? Thanks 🤙🏽
You don't necessarily have to, but it doesn't hurt! I like to just soften everything and then decide how much I am going to split into strips or for braiding.
You do a great job teaching and are great at showing what you are doing. Thank you
You can also freeze the leaves to soften

Thank you for sharing!

I use about 20 big ti leaves which comes out to about 40 strips. That's if you want it really full, you can use less if you like it smaller.
Thank you so much for your response!! Much appreciated! Stay blessed!!
Exactly my question. Thank you for the tutorial
Nice video🌺🤙🏽
Thanks for the tutorial. Do you also soften the leaves that are cut into parallelograms or just the strips used for braiding.

Thanks for responding. How would you go about adding flowers into this? Possibly another tutorial? 😬
