I think they need to find a free agent tackle who has shown promise but not from the top tier as far as salary. They need to continue training tackles in house to see if they can find a diamond in the rough.😊

Hard pass on RB in round 1 when you need a tackle, CB, and DE, and probably a DT. It's not even a Clyde thing, it's a positional value thing.

    NO RB IN R1!!!!

In the Hampton highlights I’ve seen, it seems like he has no breakaway speed. It felt like I was watching CEH at times. It’s also hard to tell how good his vision is. Why is he touted by Matty as a nearly must-have player for KC?

I would like Pit to beat the Bngals. Don't care if the broncos get in.
If the Bengals beat the Steelers and the Chargers beat the raiders, the chargers are the 5 seed. Likely the Bengals would get steam rolled by the bills and the chargers would beat Houston and the Chiefs would have the chargers in the divisional round.
I would rather see the Steelers vs Houston in the wild card and take the winner of that game.

Honestly would love the Dolphins be the 7 seed because they a threat to NO ONE not even the Steelers lol

I do not want to see the Froggles in the playoffs at all, they are 3-1 against us in the post season. They are the only team that seems to match up well when we play them. Do not draft a RB in the first round could be another CEH. I’m wondering what they are going to do at the tackle position on both sides of the O line. I think Jawaan Taylor’s contract is up after this season. If Trey Smith walks out the door we’re gonna need a RG. Thuney has shown how valuable he is by playing LT, he could play out his existing contract or get a two year extension. Assuming they win their third Super Bowl in a row I think 32 could be used on a RG. Protecting 15 is always priority 1 with Veach at GM.

Thuney, Creed, Trey, and Jawaan won't play. That would be the most idiotic thing Andy has done in a long time. Didn't Thuney tear his pec last year in the playoffs? Why in the world would we risk injuries to key players in a meaningless game?

Regarding the draft, it's kind of insane how the Chiefs rebuilt an entire Oline in an offseason in 2021... and by 2026 that rebuilt Oline will potentially have been almost completely dismantled.
By that point, as things stand right now:
LT: none, since, heck, they have nobody RIGHT NOW
LG: none, as Thuney's contract will have run out
C: Humphrey, the one guy signed through 2026 that is 100% likely to still be in KC
RG: none, with Trey Smith hitting the FA this offseason.
RT: none, Jawaan Taylor's contract theoretically runs through 2026, but I would be kind of surprised if they don't cut him after 2025. He is not a bad tackle, but he is paid like an ELITE tackle.
They really need that half a dozen young Olinemen they have as 2nd and 3rd stringers this year to turn into something, particularly the tackles.

Insane? Not at all! The Chiefs have Cap Space problems like most All-World Teams, and they always pick 32.

Lol naaahh Matty. You can act tough. Everybody else can act tough... But burrow might be playing better than anyone else right now. And IF the bengals end up playing the Chiefs, it will be because they will be on a 7 game win streak, coming fresh off beating the bills on the road. That team will be HOT and feeling themselves quite a bit. And as weve seen, sometimes the playoffs are just about who gets hot and the right time. Also, IF that all happens, and that super hot bengals team ends up coming to Arrowhead, you think for one second that THAT team will fear playing in Arrowhead one bit??? They already think they got screwed by a weak PI call the first time they played in KC this year, they'd be chomping at the bit for another shot at us! And as we've seen, they way that bengals team is set up, and HOW they attack on offense with those two dominant outside WRs and their elite QB, plus Big Lou Anarumo their DC has been the only guy who has proven he can stifle mahomes and andy Reid's offense multiple times, our matchups with that team are ALWAYS knock down drag out wars. Why would i WANT that as our first playoff game coming off 3 weeks of rest?? When the more probable outcomes of a steelers or texans team coming to KC is the other option??? Makes no sense

Edit: I was reading the comments before watching the video. I just realized most of the points I made were also touched in the video. Sorry for being repetitive
I see your side, but you're missing the other: the Bengals had a 4th place schedule. They played BAD teams all year, lose and won against them, and the one "good" team they managed to beat was Denver.
That is not a good team. They are an annoying team to play because you have to defend 2 Pro-Bowl caliber WR with an MVP caliber QB throwing them the ball and an actually good Oline and run game. But this is not a team that is gonna go through Buffalo, KC AND Baltimore in a playoffs run, which is what would be laid out in front of them to get to the SB. Could they beat one of those teams? Sure, puncher's chance. But all three, or even two of them? Very unlikely.
And momentum is such an overrated thing. You know a team that had massive momentum, not once but TWICE? The Bills in 2023 and 2022. Another one? The Ravens basically every year that Lamar Jackson has taken them into the playoff. Heck... the Bengals themselves in 2022 after being screwed with their game against the Bills getting cancelled and the NFL manufacturing some bullshit about how if the Bills had to play the Chiefs in the AFCCG then it would be held in a neutral field... as if the Bengals weren't as much of a 1st seed contender as the Bills that season.
All that aside... the Bengals have built this legend of potent playoff team with Joe Brr at the helm, but both of their playoffs runs were carried by their defense. Burrow was relatively clutch, but the defense was the actual star of the show. They just didn't get the shine because the media was too busy crowning Burrow the "Mahomes slayer". And now I ask, how has that defense been playing this year? And again, against a 4th place schedule.

@ХорхеГарсия-э5е and I get what you're saying -- but that's not who that team is this year. They don't have that same veteran laden defense who makes the clutch plays-- although trey hendrickson is STILL a monster-- they are an offensive juggernaut this year. Joe burrow is having his BEST season-- think about that. He's been really good, never THIS good. Same with Jamar Chase. He's going to win the triple crown for WRs. And tee Higgins is playing in a contract year, so he's balling out tryna get paid this off-season. Their run game is strong, with a tough, quick, shifty back in chase brown, behind that solid but not elite o-line. Their stars are playing better than they ever have. Pair that with our defense, who, while having a great game on Christmas against a spiraling Steelers team, hasn't been as good as last year. I understand our ppg numbers look great, but think about all season long, how badly this secondary struggled. You want to go up against the QB and WR who are having the best seasons in the league at their positions?? I don't. Id argue that their defensive struggles don't really matter that much, when their offense is 100% capable of covering for them. They started slow, like they always seem to, and then tee Higgins got hurt early, and they dug themselves a hole in the standings that idk if they'll be able to get out of this time. But again, if they do, they'll be riding nearly a double digit win streak going into the game in KC. And while our offense has definitely looked it's best the last two games, it's not like all year long we didn't play some really crappy defenses and couldn't exactly take advantage of them-- Atlanta, Carolina, Cleveland, the raiders, etc.. now, I believe we're peaking so we would look better now that we seem to have found a floor with thuney at LT, and Hollywood back, but still... I think the Bengals "terrible defense" is a bit over stated, and assuming they make the playoffs, go in and beat the bills IN Buffalo, I don't think we're giving enough credit or respect to JUST how hot, dangerous, and flat out scary that Bengals offense would be at that point. Again, when the other option is facing the winner of the likely Texans/Steelers round 1 game, there's NO QUESTION I'd rather play the reeling Texans or the Russell wilson led Steelers, over the Bengals who have just as many guys who can be super heros as we do.

Yeah I'm not quite sure why we are acting like they are scrubs. Generally the playoffs come down to who has the best playing or better QB. If Burrow is in the field, he's likely the 2nd best QB in it and playing like the best in it.
Their offense is built in a way that gives Spags problems with how spread open they are. I don't want the Bengals having any chance of getting in here and making noise. Everybody thought the same thing of the 07 Giants.
I'm also not sure looking at it percentage wise of them making it is the right way. The things they need to happen are highly probable. Dolphins losing without Tua highly possible. Wentz outplaying a rookie to show other teams he can still start? Highly probable. Bengals beating the Steelers? Highly probable. I don't feel like it's a narrative being pushed, it's just likely to happen.
