A weapon that relies on people being distracted is a terribly balanced weapon. Combine that with the backstab delay and you have the worst weapon in the game, especially at high ranks. Granted, that's what makes it fun to get kills with.
Just used a flashbang at the right spot and squad wiped in 5 seconds with dagger and dash. Use the right mouse button to use flashbang for escape especially a few steps ahead of a door so they dont see it. Be near enemy when they r distracted. My loadout is vanish,goo and flash and change to taser for fast light players.
I myself saw the potential of flashbang but felt like I couldn’t make it work as well as I would other nades. Would love to see some good flash clips for some inspiration !
Mastering this weapon has been one of the most painful yet fun experiences in gaming for me, I prefer dash but it’s cool to see cloak players exist I see the potential in u bro keep it up!
U forgot to use goo bomb to block enemy after they spot u and its super use full to escape when u can block doors with it. Try to practice with dash ability and look up akiba step to make dagger useful.
If you want to try using the dagger more competitively or want to challenge yourself, I recommend running it with the Mobility Dash, if you dash and secondary at the right times you can pull off some really satisfying trick-stabs and huge nuisance to the enemy teams.
Fair enough. I find it easy to relax and have a good time with the dagger because I just accept most games will be average and love the thrill when you get something going.
What do you say to claims that you like the dagger instead of the sword because you're half a man?
