I’m having the same issues but I did my head gasket 3 years ago, changed the thermostat oem and water pump oem 2 weeks ago and still having the same issue. Radiator was cleaned and has no issues. Heads was checked again with a camera and everything was fine and I’m still having an issue? Any suggestions???

@@donOmar1124 air lock maybe? If you can jack the front end high and let it idle with the radiator cap off

Cracked cylinder heads are very common. Most head shops don't even test for hairline cracks unless you ask for the service. I've had several subaru heads sent to the machine shop and plenty of them were cracked. I found out the hard way after I totally finished the job the first time.

    i just bought a impreza 2007. ej20 2.0i
it was low on coolant all the time.
    but engine wouldnt overhead.
after a couple of days of inspecting daily i released that the radiator was going bad and leaking from the top plastic part.
have replaced it along with new pipe and termostate and radiator cap.
    looks fine now.
what was the issue with one?
