so I'll be honest and tell you that I didn't know it was possible for me to pay so little attention to something that I didn't notice there were three tanks at any point
however, to be fair, I was also walking around and brushing my teeth and dealing with some mail, so I was fully distracted at some points

If we have a whole team of people playing together ( death ball ) I am totally fine solo healing with moira. Some of the biggest healing games ive had were this way back before role queue. seeing 50k healing in a single game just makes your pecker twitch a bit... After checking my stats, my biggest healing game in comp was moira with 58k...

Open q only works as it does now because the majority of players, and so - all the toxicity - is in Role q. That's the only reason. We all remember the days of 4-5 dps in a team, fuck that. I'd rather face the plats in role q than GMs in open q

As a Ana main myself and seeing his healing numbers. In my games I do 9-10k in like the first 2 rounds but this man was at 15k easy. Does this mean in my elo (gold) people just don’t do much damage which results in less healing needed

in my experience, you can still get the 1k heals per min in gold as ana THE PROBLEM IS people fighting away from ur LOS so just look out for what you can change to support more
There are a few things that really play into healing numbers 1. Accuracy, ML7 is easily usually around 70% for both scoped and unscoped where the average gold player is prob around 50% if they are decent. So that's a 20% difference usually. 2. Actions per minute (APM), usually the time in gold between taking damage and getting healed is significant where as in higher elos, you are getting healed up significantly faster after taking damage, watch ML7 and see that he is literally shooting on CD with a 70% accuracy... He's getting ALOT of value pershot. And 3. positioning and gamesense is a huge factor, like if you hug corners and walls after peaking and taking damage, higher ranked players usually wait to get healed up before re-engaging where as lower ranked players scream for healing while standing in the open.

Honestly? I remember playing back when overwatch was first released and nobody wanted to play support. I had SUCH a fun time solo healing back then, I couldn't tell you why. I could keep a team afloat and maybe a super toxic dps would be the only one upset that they weren't topped off all the time. Obviously;; the game is much different to how it was back then but even when I play open queue quick play... people do 2-2-2 anyways. Im like man whats the point of open queue, then? On quick play, no less? I feel like the 1-1-1 minimum role would be such an interesting thing to play with.

Question: Something I’ve seen recommended is using melee to animation cancel part of your reload. Is that not actually something that high elo players do?
It doesn't speed up your reload. At best you're getting a 30 extra damage out of the time before you can shoot again, at worst you're locking yourself out of using abilities you could also "cancel" your reload into- particularly on Ana, where I regularly find myself nading/sleep-darting just as the reload animation reaches it's end.

i only play openque and gave up on roleque, you dont have smurfs there, most of the players are just nice and doesnt force you to pick anything, its extremly rare to see 5dps throws, mostly played is 2-3 Tanks 2dps 2 supports. Dont get it why nobody wants to play it, its way more fun then roleque, thats for sure :)
Open queue all the way. Its how it was meant to be played and you're right in my exp palyers are much nicer, probably cause they dont have to wait a million minutes to get in.
Yep! I often end up with 222 anyway in open queue (at least the queues are faster!), but it's so much fun when people pick whatever they want. I've never had to ask someone to please go second healer or whatever, because people are much more willing to switch on their own. Also, something about solo healing is sooo satisfying haha.
then you're just lucky. whenever i tried even placements i'd be one of those that'd be trying to fill tank roles cause pretty much everyone went dps. and no. they aren't nicer in open queue
@@ervinaspetrauskas1716 whats your Rank? This seems top be a bigger Problem in Ranks under diamond and below. But ive never Played their currently sitting at around 3600-3800 range with 300 Games played and i can barely think of games where we Had more then 3dps. Havent Had a Game with 6dps cause i allways flex and the Games with 5 dps are maybe 2 Out of 100
@@LeZClan it is the lower ones mid plat. and i hardly even touch comp now *don't like even have the time to grind for ranks to get better even though of comp sounds nicer for my style of play

Ok I'm on console and just went to turn on Nano confirmation and just realized there's a setting for teammate aim assist strength that is default set to zero. I'm gonna have to test this
Did you just start playing ow? Cause it's been there a good while lol. I feel like a lot of people don't tamper with settings often on console and that's why a lot of people look like bots LOL. Some people stay on default sensitivity settings and i'm like HOW? It's so slow haha.
