I go to Disney every year, and I can tell you that this is EXTREMELY realistic to the real thing! The staff are very kind and caring, (and the uniform is also very close compared to the real thing.) the thing that you got spot on is the name tag.

For part time/ full time positions it might be best to start w the professional internship program but it depends. Overall tons of people work in the parks and there's lots of possibilities. I would definitely recommend looking up their company values and doing research ahead of time :)
