Try contacting the company you bought it from, but i doubt you will get a refund. If they showed a picture of this exact witch and sent you a crappy one then you probably got scammed. We are not associated with any company. We just happen to buy this witch at a local store called Home Depot. Hope you can score her one day, she’s awesome! Goodluck ✌🏼
She is rated as "outdoor" so she should do ok. But I would bring her in if you have severe wind /rain. We use these lights found on amazon: Olafus RGBW LED lights -amzn.to/46roXtK They are a little more expensive than other LED lights, but they can be controlled though an app which makes if much more convenient. We picked up some led flood lights and place them all over for halloween. We put some on our different animatronics and others shining on the house and landscaping. We'll try and do a lighting video this year. She's a great witch!

These are cool but they don't last they break so easy. Why not buy one's that last for year's for 5/6 hundred there's really amazing one's that look real
I see, you could just separate the witch from the rest of the prop but would need a large area to store considering how big the base is. We considered that, but always end up just breaking all our props down and putting back in box. It took us about 4 hours to put everything away this year.

Taking her down is pretty easy as long as you were the one who assembled her and remember the steps.
Getting her back In the box is impossible!

I can’t get her to start up in “ON” mode, she’s on a timer and starts up in the “OFF” mode.
That sucks, not the easiest thing to exchange. Sounds like the wiring is crossed. I would double check the connections.
Power supply is working with 230V 50Hz or need a converter ?

How do you break it down to store
Best bet is to trace your step backwards. Luckily you can reference this video. Getting it back in the box is the hard part. Goodluck 😅

How do I make her talk
If she isn’t talking then you must have forgotten to connect one of the wires coming from the head. I’d would double check those connections. 😃👍🏼🎃
