Hey you guys forgot about Sam Marin the voice of Benson from Regular Show. Watch the episode think positive Benson’s biggest rage.
To think, he kept this streak of not losing a single tourist going for 10 years, only for Rocko and Heff to break it.
He probably scared anyone else who tried to leave but Rocko left because of the lack for France stuff and Heffer realized he was legit psycho and knew it was better to leave.
I’m surprised he was able to keep up the streak that long.
For reason, he really didn't want them to see the Eiffel Tower.
I think he actually hated France since his tour consisted nothing of it and even insulted the French Fashion.

I was part of a training group for a job and the guy training us was... Quite a bit like this guy. Proudly declaring "I haven't lost anyone during a single training group".
And he lost 8 people and I think had a nervous breakdown. He locked himself in the training room, turned out all the lights and kinda just sat there staring into space. I never completed training and by the time my job started I had no earthly clue what I was doing and just quit.

I have a theory about this guy.
He did have a wife and two kids, but he was so dedicated to his job that he began to neglect and forget about them. He would talk about his perfect record of never losing anyone on his tours and it got his wife worried about how he didn't seem to care about her or the kids anymore. Eventually, on a date next to the Eiffel Tower, the wife tells her husband that she's had enough of him loving his job more than she and the kids and decides to leave him. The bus driver couldn't believe it and tried to plead for another chance, but he compared his family to the tourists he never lost on his job, and that was the final straw. She left him, and it left the driver feeling devastated. He coped with it as much as he could, but he never got over it and thought a bowl of fruit looked exactly like his family, and thought they came back to him in his dwindling sanity. He made a point to never go near the Eiffel Tower again as it brought him back to the day his family walked out on him. Anytime someone asks about going there, he slowly loses it until he snaps at them. If anyone leaves his tour before it's over, he sees it as his wife and kids leaving him again and desperately tries to get them back.
That’s one hell of a fan theory. But I feel like his sanity at this point has all but disappeared although he is good at putting on a professional normal façade underneath it all. That still doesn’t explain the bowl of fruit picture though. How does it remind him of his wife and kids? Maybe the wife because she must have a very sweet forbidden fruit if you know what I’m talking about lol 😂 jokes aside He must have some mental illness that lets him see certain things that normal people don’t lol. Also, why the fuck am I trying to rationalize a 90s cartoon show? 😂😂😂😂

"Rocko's Modern Life" had some of the most delightfully unhinged and hilarious character meltdowns ever.
I realized that ... and to think that I wasn't interested in the series hehe😅
Its honestly amazing how Tom Kenny had such a knack for nailing all of these vocal performances, especially considering this show was his first major voice acting gig.
I was legit worried about some fictional cartoon wife and two kids of this raving maniac....
Then he held up that picture of the fruit and I just lost it. XD

I once took a bus from Chicago to Lafayette, Indiana and as we were pulling out of the station, the driver started giving the speech about the time it would take and the rules of the bus, etc. when suddenly he noticed somebody was on their phone and didn't seem to be paying attention. He demanded that they stop and actually pulled the bus over and stopped the bus to wait for them to put their phone away. He didn't scream or anything but he clearly HATED being ignored! Made me think of this character.
That would be Greyhound during the pandemic as if the bus driver was paying more attention to one's mask being adjusted than the road. Especially when we were trying to get to the airport everyone had to perform an about face as the busses didn't get there on time as they would stop and go over and over again especially that one time with this lady who kept getting on her phone when the driver was talking as if she didn't understand "imma throw you off this bus if you don't stop talking loud on the phone" and add insult to injury someone turning on their tourch light instead of the overheads.

The funny part about this is that you can read and it just upsets you to have to read but instead you hide it like it's a funny joke when in reality you are just like those tik tokers that pretend to be amused when people refuse to pay your bills so instead you have to repeat the same thing like a spoilt rotten brat while getting alts that look exactly the same to perform the talking points in attempt to look like you have friends when in reality you need the backup due to account suspensions and get your information from an complete ignoramus that thinks their own rules don't apply to them and when you are guilty of what you call one out about you try to deflect it all like the definition of coward you use for other people meanwhile if one responds to you it's proclaimed one being mad at someone when you are actually just being used as a time waster on a coffee break which you been wanting to promote for years thinking this was also some sort of thing one should be shaking your hand for.
Also word of advice you look like you suffer from being co-dependant which is totally your fault where the internet is the only place that accepts how convoluted you are these days due to what happens in the real world
And let me just add only repeating the same thing on accounts that often look similar to me makes it seem like your friends are just you, yourself and that's about it and that you should cry a river to someone else that is more accepting of jumping off a cliff for you and that you are a real downgrade from what me and others did back in the day when there was reason to do it especially with the cheap rehashing of the same lame attempt of an insult. It must be really humbling that peoole on Xbox voice chat have a better imagination when it comes to commentary than you and then geniuniy have no care in the world if they can't post anymore.
I saw that on a greyhound bus. Guy kinda sounded like those guys who play woman on TV and this kept getting on the phone interrupting the driver only to get quiet then start up again and at night had to be ordered to turn her torch off her phone when we drove through Dallas.

90s animation was very bright and colorful. The early 2000s went for a more muted look after that I’ve notice.

All the little details... the jackhammer sound when he screams "NUMBER 11!!," the photo of the "wife and two kids" being a bowl of fruit, confirming that this guy is an absolute loony, Heffer pulling the emergency release on the window (and clearly thinking "This is definitely an emergency"), the veeeeerrrrry slow head-shaking as he backs away from the guy as he's screaming... none of these things would be as funny on their own, they're at their most hilarious when they're all done together. This show is hilarious. XD

Well, to be fair, he wasn't doing such a great job as a tour guide, just pointing out mundane sights you can see in any city.
Plus he mocked and ridiculed Rocko for wanting to see the Eiffel Tower, which was suppose to be in the tour.
Heffer kept thinking to himself as the driver was ranting "Rocko's right. This guy's a total freak. All he cares about is himself and nothing about France. He's crazy."
He said so when he reunited with Rocko.

That’s what I like to think happened. The police caught up with the guy and handcuffed him for reckless driving, the tourists reported him to the head in charge of the bus tours program, then the lunatic gets fired and sent to an insane asylum.

(the tourists leave and the police grabs the crazed bus driver) Now, you crazed lunatic! Time to give you a place to stay! (drags him to his police car and drives away)

But sadly though, this episode along with its sister episode, “The Fatlands” are not on Paramount+. If only there was a way for someone to start a petition so that these two episodes should be added to the streaming service.
It's my favorite episode of Rocko's Modern Life
I mean, in Rocko's defense, it's one of the most famous parts of France, and an essential landmark to check out while there. It's like going to New York without visiting the Statue of Liberty or Empire State Building, or going to Italy without visiting the Leaning Tower of Piza. Granted, he had a reason aside from that to go there, but still.
This is still probably one of my top 5 favorite episodes of the whole show. Tom Kenny’s performance and the animation just really sell how insane this tour guide is! Very relatable too.
