Since when has any prosecutor been not allowed to attack any defendant, defendants lawyers, or defendants witnesses while allowing the defendant to say nothing. If all were put on a gag order under the same restrictions that has been allowed for security or other serious reasons, but to put a gag order against the defendant only who is supposed to be innocent just shows a broken justice system.
Anyone else would have been locked up for the same behavior. Trump is actually getting special treatment.

I'm not a lawyer but based on a logical breakdown of what is I do know. In the state of the trial on the books that the assessed value for a property for taxes is lower and is not used for determining the sale value or loan to valuation. In cases of sale or loan a third party, an assessor, is used to determine the the sale or loan valuation based on multiple factors including comparisons to sales for comparable property's. The judge decided on the value that does even equal to other properties in the area that are smaller with less structures that are higher in value and based on that is saying trump over valued his property. In the case of a loan or sale the owner doesn't determine the value and in the end the bank determines if the value is appropriate before giving the loan. So thier charges are based on misreporting when there was none. also the freedom speach allows people to speak and specifically even if it's to criticize our government and represented authorities. Also the attorney general that brought the case against him campaign for governor prior with only one platform which was to get trump. This demonstrates a clear and obvious bias. I believe there is a amendment also that says our government can't put us in prison if they don't like a person when they haven't actually broken the law.
