I've been listening and meditating with "Om" chant by Swami Nithyananda. I can elicit the intense tingling sensation on the forehead between my eyebrows. Other times I feel an intense pressure pushing downwards on top of my skull. My 3rd eye was activated at the age of 22 while napping between studying at the University (UCLA).
