Please contact service centre bcoz if scanner sensor is damaged / not used long time Or if you have some knowledge about hardware then open it and plug out all flex cables from scanner part and put it in again . If again shows the same problem then hard reset to your printer.
No és ezt mi a jó büdös k. annyukért nem írják bele a felhasználói leírásba? Mert az üresen érkező, első feltöltés után bekapcsolt gép a leírás szerint soha nem fog elindulni. Csak ezzel a módszerrel fogja felszívni a tintát a rendszerbe , és nyom egy tesztoldalt a végén. Ráment 2 órám, mire ide tévedtem . Thank you for information! (it works for T420W too).
