I think I described all of the issues I have these days pretty well. I'm also glad (and proud of myself) for talking about the things I've actually been doing well. This is the journey. This is about change. It's about growth. Making mistakes isn't bad, in fact it is much better that I make these mistakes than if I don't, because I am so self-aware, that I notice them quickly and seriously address them and then seriously try to fix them (coming up with an approach and then applying it + seeing if/how well it works), which changes the mistake from being a negative into a positive.
