    Good video again.
However, the marketing used to sell the course seems quite shady to me and reminds me of a European school trying to sell a program without disclosing the price, making you feel as though you should need them, not the other way around. To justify the price, they use the doctor analogy of not having a fixed price for surgery, but that's only partially true; some public hospitals do have a set price. In private ones, you might find a price range... But yes, it's obviously a standard marketing tactic to use 'exclusivity,' which can make some people feel like they are being treated somewhat dismissively.

You sound just like one of those people from the "average redditor videos" why do a micro analysis of their marketing style? They are a small online business trying to make some extra money. 😂I mean WTH

Read read and read some more. The more you can read the better. While reading you should also be speaking the sentences aloud. Oh, and lots of listening! do not worry too much, it all will come passively the more vocabulary you master.

@@Alltherage9496 What about talking? I'm not quite sure spending most of the time reading is actually that effective when it comes to improve communication? I keep seeing some laowai being able to read an entire Chinese newspaper but who cannot say more than 我是美国人;))

@@TomBarros-k4z Not sure how bringing up a comment about my past mistakes when I was first studying have anything to do with Listening comprehension. I am currently speaking with many people now. I can speak a bit better now because I understand sentence structure and yes; I can read very well. I can understand everything they said in this video and that is from my reading and listening comprehension studies. The person said they cannot understand the words in the video and my advice was to listen and read.... I'm pretty sure my comment was from a completely different UA-cam channel as well. I was giving advice on what not to do when studying to acquire speaking skills. 哈哈你真是一個跟蹤者 🥸

Use materials that you understand if this is too advanced. Go for beginner focused videos and keep repeating and slowly progressing. Look for "Beginner comprehensible input"
