easyJet Airbus A319-111 Belfast International to Birmingham | Full Flight

- After a very enjoyable, albeit brief visit to the city of Belfast, it was time to head home. When booking the flights for this trip, this had proved easier said than done as on this day easyjet had no suitable flights back to either Liverpool or Manchester. I decided to take the opportunity to fly into Birmingham from Belfast International. This is the first time in a long while that my departure and arrival airports were first visits as a passenger.
Getting to Aldegrove by bus was just as easy and efficient as getting to the city centre from BHD had been. I arrived around an hour before departure and was airside in no time. Despite many warnings from friends, BFS is actually a half decent airport and the whole experience was pleasant. We boarded our A319 considerably early. This all felt much more normal as the flight was basically full and I was able to board using the rear steps. I settled into my seat and we got going around 10 minutes early. The taxi out, takeoff, climb and cruise were all uneventful. As with Aer Lingus, easyjet were not offering any service on this flight which again is fine. after around 30 minutes we began an approach onto Runway 15, arriving on stand around 15 minutes early. My journey home didn't end there as it took no fewer than 3 trains to get me back up North.
All in all, a fantastic experience. I was glad to be back flying with easyJet again and as I mentioned before, this flight felt the most normal out of any I've taken since the pandemic started. The departure and arrival processes were nice and efficient. The cabin was decent and clean, the crew were very friendy and ensured all passengers were aware of any covid measures onboard, and to top it off we were considerably early. Great stuff!
I hope you've enjoyed this last few weeks worth of content flying around the UK. Now, I really need to get on a Boeing 737!

Just commenting a big thank you. We are flying the same route with easyjet at the end of the month and my kiddo has asd. He's been getting really anxious about it because we don't know what's going to happen, so a massive thank you for showing this 💜
I'm really glad you found the video helpful! I do sometimes question if people want to see all the happenings before and after the actual flying but this has definitely cemented my stance on it! I hope you have a great trip!!

I never liked people sitting right in front of me on busses anyway, lol so covid restrictions kinda work for me. I love our town so blessed we are.
Have to say the public transport in Belfast was excellent!

Would they have a bus for a flight at 6 o'clock in the morning ?? Cause I live a 20 minute drive away but don't wanna be spending £25 on a taxi
I'd have a look the translink website! I'm not too sure myself!
I have all the gear to be an easyjet flight attendant!!!😊 🤗🤗🤗😘.
Awesome! Hope you can do it!
Hii do we have to go immigration counter in landing in Birmingham airport and Belfast also ??
If I fly from Belfast to Birmingham airport same like you ??
When you arrived in Birmingham airport did you exit straight way or you have to clear have to clear immigration for domestic flights??
Please reply me thank you in advance
Hello. There's no immigration for domestic flights. Once you've gone through security in Belfast that's it!
@@AviationUpclose thank you for reply me
What about at Birmingham airport??

Nice one hope it was a good trip!
@@AviationUpclose thanks it was for my nans funeral and I absolutely hate flying but it was very smooth no issues either way and the staff were very nice. Up and down in 50 mins easiest flight ever. I used to go regularly with flybe and that was a nightmare 🥴

Hello my friend, do I need to take a passport if I am on a domestic flight😊
You just need some form of ID!

Hi! May I know will they measured our bag upon check in? I bought their cheapest ticket, and the bag that I plan to take is bigger than their under seat bag requirement (which is 45x36x20), will this ever be a problem?
Hello, i didn't visit a check in desk as i went straight to the gate!
How long was you in the air for please?
Around 35 minutes
Was in Belfast a week ago flew with easyJet on there new route from Leeds Bradford LBA To Belfast Onboard There Airbus A320 NEO G-UZHZ & UZLL

I feel so bad for you with that child screaming 😂
Wasn't too bad I guess 😂
And my local airline easyJet. EasyJet is a good airline you think?
Definitely!
pppppppppp🟧
wwwwwwww🕌
Is there much turbulence this route?
Depends on the conditions on the day
noice
Thanks!
I need to get on an A320.
I've been on too many!
@@AviationUpclose I haven't been on one in 3 years as we always fly with Ryanair.
I am going on an Aer lingus A320 to France next year.
@AviationUpclose UPDATE Back in February this year I flew on an Easyjet Airbus A320 from Manchester to Paris.
I would suggest flying on Ryanair's new Manchester to kerry route.
I might do at some point!
@@AviationUpclose have you tried Ryanair's new 737 max 8-200?
You need a test to fly from luton to belfast
Strange. Didnt need anything from Manchester or to Birmingham!
You don’t.
No flight is ever complete unless there is a screaming child nearby !
Just adds to the experience really
That’s my local airport Belfast international airport
Nice!
Belfast international airport, worst most useless security process in U.K. ...you need at least 2 hours check in time due to poor staffing and disorganised service.
I found it to be fairly good when i travelled through. Literally no line at security!
@@AviationUpclose the problem is you never know what day will be good or which one bad.. the line is all the same international or domestic...I turned up almost 1.5 hours early for domestic and had to bump queue .. that was with hand luggage only....other times as you say you can almost walk through....the staffing is not sufficient if multiple flights are leaving which is poor for an international airport. If I am flying now I always give myself 2 hours which is ridiculous really for domestic. Belfast city is much better but it is more expensive to depart or land . I do beleive having flown from many U.K. airports the Belfast international one is very unpredictable and therefore the worst for me.
