Aren't we missing the obvious? If MJF did show up, wouldn't it be Osprey/Strong International Championship match? He is part of the Undisputed Kingdom that put MJF on the shelf to begin with.
Tanahashi showed up on TV this week, and I think he's there to set something up for Forbidden Door. I hope it's a Takeshita match, assuming he beats Mox. If Takeshita can pin Mox clean, that would be huge.

@@MideonProductions He's AEW's biggest merch seller even when he's off TV, they'll hang onto him. He did do a brilliant promo a month or so back, where he was interviewing himself, he said then he was coming back and they would all take notice of him, hopefully meaning we'd see more of very evil Danhausen. He has been wrestling in the indies lately so his injury seems to be better so hopefully they can find something for him to do following on from his promo.

I preface this with a disclaimer that I haven’t been following the reason for her absence, but I think it would be cool if after Mercedes wins the TBS Championship we get a return from Brit Baker. Ever since Mercedes debut with the CEO chant I’ve been seeing it as a setup for CEO vs. DMD, and the chant wars it inspires.
Britt took time off because she said she just wanted a break and felt like somebody else deserved a spotlight for a little bit but has said recently she would be happy to return so I could see this 100%
yeah brit baker would be nice to see back. I would also love to see thunder rosa involved again and refresh their rivalry with brit but including Mercedes in this as well. A bit like it was with Samoa Joe, Hangman and Swerve.
