Arca Swiss Type Ball Head Affordable Option

I show how to modify a Neewer Black Metal 360 Degree Swivel 1/4" 3/8" Tripod Ball Head Camera Ballhead with Quick Release Plate that I bought on amazon so that it's a generic Arca Swiss type receiver.
The problem is the safety features that are often built into so called Arca Swiss type mounts are proprietary and not compatible with other plates. The good news is in some cases this issue can be corrected with a simple modification.
