This was the easiest video to follow on displays I’ve found so far I just need you to make one about setting up menus to activate functions and I’ll be halfway there. Nice work.

oh man, thanks for the video, and the thumbnail where you're showing the colorful OLED. I've just bought one from Aliexpress because their thumbnail was shoving also colorful picture on the display. So turned out that the display is monochrome and i want to get my money back, but I was lasy to do it. Now bc i wrote this comment - I definitely will do it now XD
not worth returning, iwould just get the color one and use the mono for another project

for some reason my oled screen did not display anything and I righted all the code you showed
Check the wiring, could be something small you missed

How can I use a arduino to make RC plane glass cockpit gauge
arduino and screen to show data, and a bunch of sensors to collect that data, large project but shouldnt be too complicated, can you RC plane handle all the extra weight tho?

I doubt you check these since this video is years old but I am into modifying cars and I think a custom oled display in the interior of a car would be cool. Is there a way to run this off of a cars power supply and have it boot up when the car turns on ?
Ofcouse I check comments, and yeah ! Just run it off the 12v accessory line, every car has it located somewhere but if you can tap that line it would be perfect

your starting image shows a 7 pin full color display what you explain a 4 pin monochrome display.😒It seems that Adafruit 1306 library do not offer support for full color. I expect an expert provides the lacking information.

@@MikaelAbehsera absolutely...anyone of the many gas sensors...I wanted to build a device that detects the percentage of O2 in the air...also a pollution device that detects maybe CO2

Hey dude love the video, i am just learning how to use these and this video is a HUGE help, just to let you know in the video you said SCL is A4 and SDA is A5 but its the other way around, keep up the nice videos :)

oh oops, and I think you can but I def dont remember how, you might have to check the adafruit lib for the command

hey, i have a chinese oled display which has the address of 0x78 0x7A. I ran some codes and the display is not working at all. Im working on an audio spectrum analyzer for my school project.
i ran the example test code for 128x64 i2c it wont work idk if my display is dead or im just dumb

@@MikaelAbehsera the display is ok now i just plugged the pins incorrectly. My problem now is the project itself. My analyzer is not working even if i shout on my electret mic.

Hi I saw this video and like it. I ask if you can a video on a 2 wire RPM sensor for the Hobbywing sensor. There is one but no " code". The fellow shows the code on his computer and on an angle as well as a bit out of focus, "very useful". If you can get it to work, you would be the first as far as I know and show with code.
