Give pu-erh tea a try, I suppose you might like that, it’s fermented. Also I would like to share a recipe of cooking noodle: fried leek and onion in oil, 100 grams each, after half of them turned brown, add a pre-mixed sauce of 125 grams of soy sauce, 25 grams of oyster sauce, 20 grams of vinegar and 25 grams of sugar. Mix sauce and pour it in the oil and keep cooking for 2 minutes. Trust me it comes quite well with spaghetti.
