Stupid response. The favourite meal of a King Cobra is another Cobra, usually the smaller and faster cobras which are more dangerous. All other cobra types and snakes in general, help to control rats and mice, and so protect human food supplies. Even though it was being evicted from it comfortable house, this King Cobra was reluctant to strike and hurt anyone. Most snakes species have no venom.

Dr. Mirza, I am amazed that you were able to touch the King Cobra on the back of the head. I don't think you would advise doing that to a monocled cobra as angry as they are. The King seems much more calm than the monocled serpent!
