Turn on samsung s4 without power button

Turn on Samsung Galaxy S4 without power button. Turn on Android device without power button. All you need to do is just hold down the volume button while plugging in your device to a power source. Then hit Volume down to "restart" it. Done :)

Try holding down volume down button and home screen at the same time. then plug in your power source while holding down the two buttons.

Thanks! Your method of holding the 'volume-down' button and the 'home' button at the same time (and keeping both held down and not letting go), followed by getting somebody to help plug the phone into the computer's usb port (while those two buttons are still being pressed)........ worked! Once the prompt shows up to 'cancel', then letting go of the buttons, then pushing 'volume-down' will carry out the 'cancel', which then allows the phone to finish booting up.
