This guy had it for like 8 years but I remember, I wanted it so badly but my parents said it was too expensive and the man who had it had a plastic pull back version and the Seabreeze point diorama with the clean version of Herbie. I got the pull back because I wanted a Herbie with stripes and the 53 so I got the pull back instead. Now I just regret it since now I like more of the 1:64 scales. But almost 2 years ago I finally got the one I always wanted :)
Had these as a kid. Played with em too rough though, they only lasted a couple years of my playin with em in the sandbox and the bathrub. Wouldn’t change a thing though, toys are meant to be enjoyed and played with, do wish I’d held onto em for the sentimental value though

This is a very impressive, and important set for you, I am happy you were able to acquire it, this is grand. I own Revell Monogram's New Beetle circa 2000, if I recall correctly, it is a lowrider. From looking at this new Beetle, mine has the rear view mirrors. Aditionally, my new Beetle has clear plastic for the headlights, but not the back. No paint flaws is what I have come to expect from Johnny Lightning, as of yet, I haven't experienced any misalignment problems. However, I may have told you about that one, if I have, sorry. Hi, that's true. I just bought the Candy Striper Dragbus a week ago. Very expensive but it will not get much cheaper. Prices probably go up. But I just want it. It matches my beautiful Candy Striper Bel Air Gasser. ;-)

Hi Lindsay Matthew, yes they are 1:64 scale and indentical to the individually packaged ones. But if you buy them individually on card then you probably pay a lot more for the carded ones than the 5-pack. Thanks for watching. ;-)
Hi toybugen Goodman, if you are lucky on Ebay with an auction you will be able to get them for 30,00 US dollar. That will be the lowest. With a fixed Ebay price they will be between 49,95 or 59,95 dollar. If you buy them seperate it will cost probably more. There were three sold quicly for 59,95 dollar. I bought one of them. The box was in perfect shape. Items were new as you can see in my vid. Thanks for watching. ;-)

The yellow 2004 beetle was Herbie’s love interest in Fully Loaded.

You are welcome. 60 US dollars was a while ago. Prices are going up but it's still much cheaper as a set then when you buy them on card separately.
