You're probably not gonna make any more money than you would already be making for the event. Building a separate show with his retirement as the main focus creates a new way to make a sh!t tonne of cash.
Whilst I have nothing but admiration and respect for Chad Gable's attitude towards the business, he indicated, as many others have previously, that the company weren't really willing to push him until he had proven that he could make chicken salad out of chicken shit. In real life, of course you won't always do things you like at work, but in wrestling, the promoter controls the narrative, and they can plot out whatever stories they want. Why can't you just give people chicken salad in the first place? i think WWE need to go with randy vs Cody asap. People are getting a bit bored with Cody’s title run. Eventually, Cody should lose his title to Randy, and then win it again vs the same Orton. This makes Cody a more ‘human’ type of champ which ultimately was what attracted people from point start with him. If they try to picture Cody as an unbeatable champ, his popularity with quickly fade.
