OMG my eyes are filled with tears of joy right now. I’ve been on oxygen 24/7 for almost 4 years now because of Covid. Just a couple of weeks my doctor told me that the scar tissue on my lungs are healing. He’s never seen that before and he’s asking me how I’m doing it to heal myself. Oh my gosh I went through the same thing had covid and multiple complications with health. I was in 8 months in and out of hospital went to 5 doctors for different conditions. Also on medications non stop and my body was sore with swollen lymph nodes all over . I recovered with positive mind frame , meditations and daily affirmations. Showing daily gratitude and self worth. You can recover from anything and depression if you train your brain. I never give up and have faith.
Here's my take on this because who doesn't want that elegant and gorgeous healing experience? But I don't think it was being in the pod as much as it was her true example of elevating her emotions and changing. Elevating your emotions to the extent that she described is the work. You can meditate and still be miserable and stressed the rest of the day. Feeling true gratitude for every single aspect of a less than ideal existence - that's the true miracle here. Bravo!
You said it! Exactly! I was so in love with life as it was, I wasn’t focused on healing. I actually didn’t realize I was even going to be a healee until day 2 or 3 when someone pointed out I had a sticker on my badge to be a healee (I had arrived late to the event so that got lost in the shuffle) but I was so full of love and joy I didn’t care either way. I actually was a little disappointed because I had been thrilled to be a healer. It’s the inner state and energy that does it! I’m grateful (sooo grateful!!) for my healers but I knew my healing was going to come regardless of how and when. Because I no longer needed it. I already felt completely whole!

Keep going, just over 2 years for me. I started the meditations on 17th Aug 23, and the healing that has taken place is amazing. I was in the Denver retreat and Dallas retreat and there has not been a testimony for me that changed me as much as this one. I lost my dad in March and I’ve had some profound experiences with him since his passing. This has increased my willingness to open up and believe in them more than ever. After I heard this testimony at Dallas during the evening meditation in bed I popped into a white light and saw my dad coming down the stairs towards me. He was wearing a black baseball cap. I knew instantly what it meant. He was telling me I had increased my vibration high enough that he could meet me. I also knew the black cap meant something because I didn’t need him to wear that to identify him. He knew I would research it. My dad had the best sense of humor. I Google what does black cap mean and it meant “The black cap is a plain black fabric square formerly worn as symbolic headgear by English, Welsh, Irish and Northern Irish judges in criminal cases when passing a sentence of death.” I laughed because I knew he was saying “yes it’s really me and I’m dead!” 😂😂😂

Fantastic Story. I started crying when she explained her healing vision/journey. I have been experiencing recurrent covid, every 2 months or so I get sick. (And I have it again now having only been better for a month) It's been going on for years and nobody has an answer for me! Hey!! I had long COVID too for about a year.... what really helped me was a pitta pacifying diet. Also I used surdasana tablets which are an Ayurvedic herbal formula used a lot in COVID. Thank you so much for this wonderful testimony. One part of it remembers me on my last weekend. I went for a walk in the forest. I usually think about a lot of things that have happened and what I still need to do. I often have stressful thoughts. But last weekend I walked through the forest and felt pure happiness and just marvelled at how great this forest is and how lucky I am to be able to experience it. It was an incredible feeling. Wonderful, amazing, excellent, and so relatable! This is a set of chronic conditions millions suffer from and they are caused by chronic stress and virus/bacteria. Covid complications shed light on this. I have mostly recovered from long covid, me/cfs, eds, mcas, ibs, autoimmunity, depression to name a few through neuroplasticity, and gratitude and love were huge parts of my recovery. I have EDS and I cant for the life of me get ANYONE to see me. I dont know how you got into see all these specialists! I'd love to go see someone about my 2 genetic connective tissue disorders! I also have lipedema which is a connective tissue disorder and is also called "painful fat syndrome." I've had all the speaking disorders and blocks in my brain when I can't say words I need to. I've lived with these all my life and when I was pregnant with my baby girl, I learned that not everyone in the world was in pain 24/7.... SO then that was mind blowing to me. I thought everyone was in pain!!!! Then I had depression because I'm like wtf, I'm in severe debilitating pain every minute of every day. I got over that, but now I'm like idgaf. There's not a lot I can actually do to heal because I've tried everything and I'm tired.

Many people have said that if you are sincere in wanting to heal, it is not necessary to go to a retreat. Many people have healed at home. Keep the faith and know that you benefit from the many who have gone before you.
Don’t give up- I was healing little bits at a time before I got to the event. It took every meditation, every change in my mind, body and soul all day every day to prepare me for my moment. And I’m grateful now for ALL the overcoming I had to do. To find peace and beauty in a terrible situation- what a gift!!! I changed and my body eventually caught up. You can do it too!

Oh my gosh I went through the same thing had covid and multiple complications with health. I was in 8 months in and out of hospital went to 5 doctors for different conditions. Also on medications non stop and my body was sore with swollen lymph nodes all over . I recovered with positive mind frame , meditations and daily affirmations. Showing daily gratitude and self worth. You can recover from anything and depression if you train your brain. I never give up and have faith.

Here's my take on this because who doesn't want that elegant and gorgeous healing experience? But I don't think it was being in the pod as much as it was her true example of elevating her emotions and changing. Elevating your emotions to the extent that she described is the work. You can meditate and still be miserable and stressed the rest of the day. Feeling true gratitude for every single aspect of a less than ideal existence - that's the true miracle here. Bravo!
You said it! Exactly! I was so in love with life as it was, I wasn’t focused on healing. I actually didn’t realize I was even going to be a healee until day 2 or 3 when someone pointed out I had a sticker on my badge to be a healee (I had arrived late to the event so that got lost in the shuffle) but I was so full of love and joy I didn’t care either way. I actually was a little disappointed because I had been thrilled to be a healer.
It’s the inner state and energy that does it! I’m grateful (sooo grateful!!) for my healers but I knew my healing was going to come regardless of how and when. Because I no longer needed it. I already felt completely whole!

I was in the Denver retreat and Dallas retreat and there has not been a testimony for me that changed me as much as this one. I lost my dad in March and I’ve had some profound experiences with him since his passing. This has increased my willingness to open up and believe in them more than ever. After I heard this testimony at Dallas during the evening meditation in bed I popped into a white light and saw my dad coming down the stairs towards me. He was wearing a black baseball cap. I knew instantly what it meant. He was telling me I had increased my vibration high enough that he could meet me. I also knew the black cap meant something because I didn’t need him to wear that to identify him. He knew I would research it. My dad had the best sense of humor. I Google what does black cap mean and it meant “The black cap is a plain black fabric square formerly worn as symbolic headgear by English, Welsh, Irish and Northern Irish judges in criminal cases when passing a sentence of death.” I laughed because I knew he was saying “yes it’s really me and I’m dead!” 😂😂😂

Fantastic Story. I started crying when she explained her healing vision/journey. I have been experiencing recurrent covid, every 2 months or so I get sick. (And I have it again now having only been better for a month) It's been going on for years and nobody has an answer for me! Hey!! I had long COVID too for about a year.... what really helped me was a pitta pacifying diet. Also I used surdasana tablets which are an Ayurvedic herbal formula used a lot in COVID. One part of it remembers me on my last weekend. I went for a walk in the forest. I usually think about a lot of things that have happened and what I still need to do. I often have stressful thoughts. But last weekend I walked through the forest and felt pure happiness and just marvelled at how great this forest is and how lucky I am to be able to experience it. It was an incredible feeling. Ive been dealing with long covid since march 2020 with co-conditions of dysautonomia/pots, mcas, autoimmune autonomic ganglionopathy, cognitive impairment. Wonderful, amazing, excellent, and so relatable! This is a set of chronic conditions millions suffer from and they are caused by chronic stress and virus/bacteria. Covid complications shed light on this. I have EDS and I cant for the life of me get ANYONE to see me. I dont know how you got into see all these specialists! I'd love to go see someone about my 2 genetic connective tissue disorders! I also have lipedema which is a connective tissue disorder and is also called "painful fat syndrome." I've had all the speaking disorders and blocks in my brain when I can't say words I need to. I've lived with these all my life and when I was pregnant with my baby girl, I learned that not everyone in the world was in pain 24/7.... SO then that was mind blowing to me. I thought everyone was in pain!!!! Then I had depression because I'm like wtf, I'm in severe debilitating pain every minute of every day. I got over that, but now I'm like idgaf. There's not a lot I can actually do to heal because I've tried everything and I'm tired.

Many people have said that if you are sincere in wanting to heal, it is not necessary to go to a retreat. Many people have healed at home. Keep the faith and know that you benefit from the many who have gone before you.
Don’t give up- I was healing little bits at a time before I got to the event. It took every meditation, every change in my mind, body and soul all day every day to prepare me for my moment. And I’m grateful now for ALL the overcoming I had to do. To find peace and beauty in a terrible situation- what a gift!!! I changed and my body eventually caught up. You can do it too!

3 years on still with long covid syndrome similar symptoms fybromyalgia stomach issues headaches sleep disturbance exacerbated asthma chronic fatigue joint and muscle pain foggy brain forgetful difficulty with words connecting brain and mouth and thoughts breathlessness had to medically retire from NHS Nursing using a stick tare in knee and balance waiting for pulmonary rehab I haven't given up I am 60 March 2024 I keep going I keep positive thoughts gratitude when I can think thank you for sharing love DR Joe not all of us can go to week long events etc is there any specific meditations or I am probably saying all this wrong so forgive me that from a home space I can focus more on plz xx
