Thanks for the video. I have a problem when the alarm is triggered. In my system I configured a telephone number to receive only phone calls and inform the recipient with a pre recorded message. Well, the telephone call is regularly received but the message is not the one that has been pre-recorded by me but a message that allows the recipient to manage the alarm system "Press1 to arm , 2 to disarm, 3 to ear, 4 to talk". This message is the same that correctly I ear (the owner of the system) when I call the SIM card number inside the alarm system and want to mamage the alarm. But imagine if is the police to receive this message....... Instead I want to send the pre-recorded message in which I say to police officer "There is an alarm, in my house at bla bla street, please come immediately".
can you disable the one touch disarm from the main panel? i dont want easy access for someone to just walk up and push disarm... that make this the most vulnerable system ever.
does anyone know?? I see a disarm button on the main keypad... unless there is a code its too easy for anyone to walk up and turn it off.. one touch too simplistic.. someone verify please
@@michaelp1758 Just go to the menu / system settings / lock screen set to on. Go back to the main panel. After 10 seconds, the scrren will be locked and asking a password to unlock when touching a button.

como puedo solucionar un problema de conexion a la red wifi (alarma tuya T30)?? al principio se conectó sin problema a la primera, a los 3 dias la desenchufé para cambiarla de sitio , perdió la conexión wifi y ya no volvió a conectarse a la red. Agradeceré su ayuda.
